SHIPPING POLICY
All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders currently process in 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, most are delivered within 2 business days. During the Holidays, processing times go up to 5 to 7 business days. Once your order is packed, an email will be sent to you from Stamps.com with your tracking information. We currently ship to the United States.
We are currently unable to process rush and overnight orders. We DO NOT refund or replace stolen packages so please ensure that your package is delivered to a safe location. We include tracking with every package and once it has been marked delivered by USPS we assume no further responsibility. If a wrong address is provided and the package is returned to us, we issue a full refund. We do not re-ship.
RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Our products are made from organic butters and oils so depending on the time of year and weather conditions, they are subject to melt during shipping. We do not offer refunds for melted butters. We will, however, ship replacements for incorrect orders. In the case where orders are incorrect, please return the order (untampered) to us and we will replace your order upon our receipt of the incorrect order. All costs will be covered by us. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange products simply because a customer does not like the scent. We do not offer refunds or replacements for stolen packages so please ensure your package is delivered to a safe location. We do not do signature confirmations for package delivery.
We ship all of our packages through USPS and most are delivered within 2 days. On rare occasions, there will be slow delivery. We do not offer refunds for delayed packages. If a package appears to be lost in the mail, we wait 2 weeks from the date of shipping before refunding. In cases where an order is proven to be lost, we offer full refunds.
MELTED PRODUCT
Sometimes products melt during shipping. If this happens, refrigerate the butter for an hour or two and use it as normal. Whipping the butter simply adds air and fluff so when it melts, it does not mean that the weight or integrity of the product has changed. Keep in mind that these products are butter and oil-based so a little will go a very long way.
A few things you can do to prevent the product from melting is to pay close attention to tracking information, have the package delivered to a place where someone will be present to receive the package, have it shipped to your place of employment, or to an air-conditioned P.O. box.
